Mitzi Fox brings over 24 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance to her role as the Agency Owner at Avalon Integra Insurance. Her career in the insurance industry began in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance. Her exceptional skill and dedication quickly propelled her into a producer role in 2001 with TWFG.
In March 2003, Mitzi advanced her career at Gibraltar Insurance, formerly GHFS and partnered with TWFG, where she served as an insurance producer for the Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene Real Estate office in The Woodlands, Texas. Her extensive background across various facets of insurance has equipped her with the knowledge and insight needed to guide clients effectively through their unique insurance needs.
Beyond her professional life, Mitzi is the proud mom of two sons, sharing her time between the baseball diamond and the football field. She is a huge fan of the Houston Astros, with Craig Biggio and Jose Altuve being her all-time favorite players. Mitzi also loves spending time at the beach, where she finds relaxation and inspiration.
Mitzi is an active member of the Rotary Club and is involved in supporting local charities, reflecting her commitment to giving back to her community. Her blend of professional expertise and personal enthusiasm makes her not only a skilled insurance professional but also a valued member of her community.

Elizabeth Pereira is a dedicated Insurance Agent and Account Manager at Avalon Integra, where she has been a valuable team member since January 2015. Bi-lingual in Spanish, she brings a robust background in the insurance industry and holds the Texas Independent Insurance Advisor designation, showcasing her commitment to providing expert guidance and tailored solutions for her clients.
At Avalon Integra, Elizabeth leverages her extensive experience to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized service and comprehensive insurance coverage that meets their unique needs. Her passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of insurance is evident in her attentive approach and focus on client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Liz is known for her culinary skills, having won multiple chili cook-offs with her homemade (top secret) chili recipe.

Executive Assistant to the Founder, Dan Duinog Jr. plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every Avalon Integra client. With over five years of experience as a dedicated insurance assistant, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in quoting, policy servicing, and back-end agency operations.
Dan is passionate about operational excellence and enjoys the challenge of finding the best solutions for client needs. His background is rooted in providing exceptional customer service across various industries, making him a perfect fit for our client-focused team. He is a motivated and versatile professional who excels at multitasking to ensure every detail is handled with precision.
Outside of the office, Dan is deeply involved in his church community, where he serves as a sound technician and is a member of the worship team. A talented musician, he plays guitar, piano, bass, and drums. When he's not making music, he enjoys spending time at home with his two dogs and two cats.
